English Lavender grows very well on our farm, it has a dainty flower and beautiful scent. Pollinators love it especially our bees.

Growing Instructions: Lavender prefers full sun and well drained, fertile soil. Do not over water.

Harvest Instructions: Gather the flowers just as they open. Dry on open trays, or by hanging in small bunches. Pick the leaves anytime to use fresh, or if dehydrating lavender leaves, gather before flowering starts.

Companion Planting: Rosemary, sage, thyme, and oregano, roses, zinnias, coneflowers and marigolds.

Fun Fact: Lavender can help attract ladybugs to your garden so is great to plant to help control or prevent aphids.
